How To Warm Up Intelligently (THE RIGHT WAY): I get this question all the time. How should I warm up. Well today I am going to tell you the two ways I love to do just that. The first way to warm up that I go over is great if you are in a rush or just don’t want to mess around with set after set. Let me tell you this way will get the blood flowing very fast. Just remember to squeeze the muscle with each rep. The second way is ore traditional but it will save you for your work sets. The big mistake a lot of people make is they just do to much when warming up and when they are ready for the big sets they just don’t have anything left in the tank.
