  1. You are an angel. However, you should know that these masks have even more value in protecting others than yourself. Why? When you are not touching your face, you are not spreading secretions with your fingers if you are infected but have no symptoms. The masks also remind you to not touch your face. If you sneeze or cough, or even breathe heavily if you happen to be infected, most of your secretions will stay inside the mask. Finally, wearing masks is a big reminder to yourself and others that this virus is an emergency, and should be treated as such. There is a reason they are wearing masks in Asia and they appear to be doing a better job at limiting infection than we are. Your masks allow people to wear them without the shame or social stigma that wearing a bought mask has, because these masks are not taking medical supplies away from medical workers.

  2. During the epidemic, especially the demand for anti-epidemic articles is increasing and a situation of difficult to find them appeared.

  3. thats actually stylish and surely lasts for the whole epidemic period. So in the evening, you put it into hot boiling water, hang it on a clothesline and the next morning it is again dry and clean?

  6. re: nails. My boys have just realised there will be no haircuts for the next 12 weeks. Panic. I'm encouraging the scruffy rocker look.

  7. Thanks for the tutorial. I hope your situation is better than ours in Spain. A disaster! Hospitals are out of stock of face masks and are asking people to make them at home. Yesterday I spent the entire day sewing face masks for them. People is getting infected through the doctors, it is a nightmare. So I decided to help in whatever I can. Espero que estéis bien y que esto pase pronto. Saludos

  8. Adding a flexible nose piece would be good. I used a small wire hand sewed between elastic then sewed it inside between the two layers of fabric..( but I tried it on my own experiment version) I'm thinking could I add a filter fabric between that's different.. like what about that black colored dust cover fabric for stapling under upholstered furniture? I have yards of it. It feels just like the surgical fabric.

  9. Thank you for this video/tutorial! ❤️ will you kindly send me the link for the downloadable pattern?

  10. printed well thankyou do i need just 2 layers of fabric no lining? is it enough and the top point is a little high may need to taper in and looking when you put it it's quite high up, i get chrostophobic if i cannot breathe properly will this pattern still work if i trim it down from the top?
